The Kicking Horse Lodge is strictly a non-smoking facility.  A damage fee of $250 CAD will be automatically charged for professional cleaning if clients smoke in rooms.

Cancellation Policy:  A credit card is required to make a reservation.  If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date clients will be charged one full day’s rate.  If a reservation is cancelled before 7 days of arrival no penalty will be applied.

Check out time is 11 a.m.. Check in time is 3 p.m. till 7 p.m..  Guests arriving after 7 p.m. must make arrangements with the front desk for late check in.

Pets:  Kicking Horse Lodge has two rooms that are pet friendly.  Pets are charged $15 per day.  Pet owners are responsible for all damages caused by their pet: damages will be automatically charged to their owners credit card.  It is the responsibility of the pet owner to be in control of their pet at all times while on Kicking Horse Lodge property and pets can not be left in rooms or on property unattended.  Pets are strictly not allowed in the dining or lounge facility,  on the patio deck or in the laundry room.  Pets must be kept quiet and will  have to be  removed from the property by their owner if they disturb other guests.  Because Kicking Horse Lodge is in a National Park, it is the pet owners responsibility to ensure that their pet is adhering to all National Park rules and regulations.
